The Kohler Hospitality brand is centered on creating unforgettable luxury experiences—not simply showcasing what guests could do, but capturing the feeling around the experience, from the destination itself to exceptional service. Under the Kohler Wisconsin umbrella, I supported more than 30 distinct offerings, including five-diamond resorts and hotels, world-renowned golf courses, high-end restaurants, five-star spas, unique wellness experiences, chocolates, floral, boutiques, and events.

It was a truly immersive luxury destination, with social media serving as a major driver in showcasing and inspiring guests around everything Kohler has to offer. On average, we created approximately 140 social posts per month to drive engagement, highlight new experiences, and keep Kohler top of mind with both new and returning visitors. It was a true team effort, bringing together creative, marketing, hospitality, and department teams to create a cohesive brand story across the entire Kohler experience.
